• We ask that you drive by any home you may be interested in to make sure you like the location and neighborhood.  Driving directions are available by clicking "Show Map" on each property listing. 
• Please call our office at 919.878.7474 to set up an appointment to view the interior of the home.  Bring your completed application along with a certified check or money order for your application fee to the showing agent. 
• Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.  The application process is usually completed within 24 hours.
• Properties are not taken off the market until a lease is signed and your security deposit is paid.
• PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID WHEN TURNING IN AN APPLICATION IN PERSON.

Qualifications for approval of your application:

• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.  If applicant is a student, we require a notarized guarantee from a parent or legal guardian.
• A credit report will be obtained for each applicant.
• Must have permanent employment with verifiable income in the amount of three times the monthly rent of the property.  Proof of income is required.
• Past rental history will be verified and must be in good standing.
• Criminal background checks are done on all applicants.

Terms and conditions for renting from Horizon Management Company:

• Application fee in the amount of $50 per person is due when submitting your application ($75 for married couples.)
• Application fee must be paid by cash or money order.
• Please submit a copy of your most recent check stub.
• Please submit a photocopy of your driver's license for each applicant.
• A minimum 12-month lease is required.  Some of our properties require a minimum 13-month lease. 
• A security deposit in the amount of one-month's rent along with your first month's rent must be paid in certified funds.  
• All utilities MUST be in your name as of the day of your move-in.
• If the property you are renting allows pets, a non-refundable pet fee must be paid before you move-in.
