Horizon Management Company, Inc.

Horizon Management Co., Inc. was first established in 1981 in order to provide property management services to owners of residential real estate. The founder of the company, John C. Kitchens, Jr., began his career in Charlotte, NC in 1971 and has managed property in five southern states. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, a Past President of the Triangle Apartment Association, a founding member of the Apartment Association of North Carolina, Past President of the Eastern North Carolina Chapter #105 of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Past Chairman of the Property Management Division of the NC Association of Realtors and Past President of the Property Management Division of the Raleigh Board of Realtors.

Currently, John C. Kitchens, Jr. and/or Horizon Management Co., Inc. is a member in good standing or is licensed by the following organizations:
